how we work

In our initial 30-minute discovery call, we’ll dive into your travel goals and preferences. We’ll discuss the type of experience you’re looking for, who’s joining you, your must-haves, and the overall vision you have for the trip. I’ll also walk you through my fee structure and explain the value and personalized support our services offer. To ensure we can fully dedicate the time and attention your trip deserves, We do charge a small planning fee. It covers the research, customization, and expert support throughout the entire process.

step 1) discovery call

Once the travel planning fee is taken care of, we’ll team up to start building your perfect trip with a simple and transparent process. We’ll hop on at least one hour-long call to walk through the first draft of your itinerary and chat about any extra details we need to make everything just right.

step 2) Engineering your escape

step 3) Ultimate Details

We’ll meet for about an hour to go over all the fun details of your custom itinerary. Once you're ready, you’ll submit your deposit and we’ll take care of locking in your travel plans. You’ll get everything you need—confirmations, logistics, packing tips, and support contacts—all in a clear itinerary and a handy mobile app. And of course, We’ll be here to answer any questions as we count down to your big adventure!

step 4) time to enjoy (our favourite)

Travel and enjoy with peace of mind!  We consider every aspect of your journey to prepare you with all you will need for a seamless and unforgettable experience.  We have you covered with in-destination travel support when you need it.
